Hello All,
I moved home and upgraded to Full Fiber 300 on a 24 month contract. That was a month ago. I didn't receive any email explaining the steps to get the 6 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I tried via the partners section on the BT website but when trying to add a message appears saying "Unable to process your request. Please try again". I've tried dozens of times in the last few weeks and the same message always appears.
Terms and Conditions say:
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 6 months: Available to new and upgrading customers when they take Full Fiber 300 or Full Fiber 500 on a 24-month minimum contract.
Can someone help me please? What could be wrong?
