Have seen this showing up quite a bit.
I'm a new FF500 customer with 6 months free Xbox Game pass ultimate. Went live yesterday 11th Sep, received email with instructions to get Game pass but no link showing in MyBT on PC,Laptop or phone.
Went straight on to chat & was told the team would get back to me in 7 days with no explanation or help. Is there a reason that this is happening and has anybody had the issue resolved ?

The Xbox Add link is now on my screen and I have been able to add my 6 months 👍

i cant find the games pass
@nico00722 When was your fibre broadband installed? Are you logging in using a web browser and is there more than one account number associated with your BT ID?
