I supposedly received a free 12 month Xbox Game Pass for signing up to a contract for BT Full Fibre 900. But when I received my latest bill I see I am actually being charged £12/month for this. Luckily I can turn off renewal so BT shouldn't charge me again next month. But I feel like I've been duped now. Or did I just do something wrong in the process?
Did you go to MYBT previously and activate your code to get the free box ultimate?
Yes, but maybe I activated the code AND added it in the usual way and therefore have 2 Xbox accounts? I will see next month whether the GamePass ceases now that I've canceled the paid subscription.
