Hi team, we have upgraded our broadband package to the full fibre 3 and received the offer of 12 months gamepass free.
I have followed the email instructions and when I have signed into my Xbox account, the code prompted and when I submitted the code it advised ‘one free month’ rather than the 12.
Is this correct ?? Or do you apply this each month ?? If it isn’t correct, how can we look to add the 12 months code.

I bet it’s my limited experience in forums / searching- however I haven’t come across this.do you have a link with this information / process involved as struggling to find.
curious if itnrenews monthly for free or if I need to add a code each month (and if missed be charged a sub)
Now you have a tivated the pass it will renew automatically every month
