Hey - just upgraded to Fibre 900 and got the email confirming I'm entitled to 12 months game pass. When I go to redeem it, it tells me I'm only going to get 1 month. How can I get the full 12 months that it says I should get??

Hi @NickFarrow, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. It will renew automatically each month and if you no longer require it after the free 12 months you can opt out.

Thanks John! So I don't need to renew it each month myself? Sorry, just seems odd that it only says one month.

Hi @NickFarrow, there has been a few posts about this in the past like Solved: Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 Months - BT Community and it will automatically renew until the end of your free period.
