I cannot get access to my gamepass account via Microsoft.
It says its managed by BT/EE
When I click on their link to manage via BT/EE the page is blank.
Please can I get help reverting control of my Gamespass account back to Microsoft?

Select the 'message now' option on this link https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband to have a live chat with a billing guide, they'll get you sorted.
I contacted support, they were not able to help and have escalated the issue for me.
Its been 5 days now and its still not resolved.
Although my xbox subscription says its managed by BT/EE there is no indication on my BT/EE account of any xbox subscription being linked and managed.
Not happy.
