Hi @realaccess I can't remember exactly when, but it was approximately 10 years or so. There were pop-ups in bt.com when you signed in asking for it to be changed.
When you change it to be an email address it will need to be used for all the services and apps that you use your BT ID and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
