I have Norton Password manager on my PC and iPhone and I have a vault password I can remember. Sometimes though my iPhone and PC will not log into Norton using Face ID or Vault password but asks for my BT login which I can't always remember. Why does this happen. I have to go to my PC or phone to find the BT password to log in on my iPhone. If I get locked out of both I will be in trouble. Any help please.
