I had not realised until I looked on here that BT Cloud is now not being offered to new customers. I have to assume this is a service that BT are now considering removing from existing customers at some point. Have there ben any statements on this?

Nothing from BT apart from cloud not now available to new customers . The same applies to email address
The only recent information regarding BT Cloud is as follows
In view of the above my opinion is that at some point in the future this will mean that BT will close the service. I don't use it but if I did I would be at the very least checking out an alternative service if not actually moving to one.
