Mac issues loading Norton

These are the versions that we currently support:
OS 10.15: Catalina - 2019
OS 11: Big Sur - 2020
OS 12: Monterey - 2021

Do you know which version you have? If Monterey, is it 12.2 or 12.3 beta perhaps?
