I follow the instructions on the BT website and YouTube clips to go to MyBT and then click on 'Manage your extras' tab. This tab does not appear on my page. I have contacted the BT helpline and spoken to a technician who helped me reset my Hub but this did not resolve it. He said he did not have a solution and so to come here. It is fairly urgent as we have a young person we need to keep safe.
Its possible you now have to use the BT App to manage the home hub settings.
I have tried using the BT App but the advice is to use MyBT on the webpage. The tab is simply not there. I am quite astonished that the technician couldn't help me and sent me here.
I have reset my Hub. I have tried various ways to go at it but to no avail.
