Maximising BT Cloud throughput - Win 10

I've got about 200GB to download, is there a way of prioritising the Cloud client and maxing throughput, even if only temporarily?

Ok, I've tried another way. I copied the 200GB from the BT folder on my laptop to the BT folder on my desktop using a usb hard drive drive. Desktop client is still sitting there saying its syncing even though the last file downloaded was 14 hours ago.

Anyone any thought or answers please?
