Morning. 

That's the screen I used to get before I had this problem. 

This morning I have:

Via the Web interface (192.168.1.254), performed a factory reset on the hub. 

Deleted the app data and started from scratch setting it up (again). 

Went through the hub set up steps on the app, and when prompted for the ADMIN password, entered the same one that is shown on the back of the hub, AND works as the admin password on the Web interface, and I still get the screen to say that the password is incorrect. 

I can't think what other steps I could take.

ps.. WIFI password didn't work...

When you deleted the app did you restart your mobile device. This can help clear out the cache and any residue of a poor uninstall?

If you did or doing that does not help I can't think of anything that can help further.

Thanks anyway. I've tried installing on a different device as well and get the same. Will probably need to get in touch with tech support I guess.
