My bt app

Hi,I can log in to my bt app but that's it. I can't view bills,usage. Why?

Downloaded up,can sign in and I can't see bills or usage. Phoned bt was on phone for over an hour while he had me trying different things,but nothing worked. He was baffled. So I thought someone on here might have an idea as to what to do

You replied in message 3 that you get an error message but you have not said what that error message was/is.

Can you post what the message was and is it still giving the error message.
