MyBT app keeps forgetting me

Hi,

I use the MyBT app regularly and, when I installed it, I signed in to my BT account and set up a PIN and fingerprint login which makes it really simple and easy to access.

BUT... the app keeps "forgetting" me, so I keep having to re-sign in and set up a PIN and fingerprint login.  This is very frustrating.

Can BT fix this issue please!

I am using the MyBT app (version 9.3.7) on a Samsung Galaxy S24 on Android 16, One UI 8.0.
