MyBt won’t show my extra account

I have an extra account just for broadband but it doesn’t show in MyBt home page so I can’t opt out of bt wifi on new account

Hi @Lamonsea, welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you tried adding the account number to your BT ID?

 

Go to MyBT in a browser and log in using your BT ID username and password.
Click on Your details and then Account.
Scroll down the page and you'll find the Add an account link. ...
Follow the steps on the page to add an account.

I had already fine that but it didn’t merge account fully . I got through to home tech and seems ok however new problem 

I opted out of btwifi BUT the bt wifi is still showing as activated on the hub and do others can connect to it.

how do I deactivate it on hub so it is properly opted out?

@Lamonsea It can take up to 28 days for the hub to stop transmitting the BT wifi signal.
