Mtbt app will not load first page or any other pages,comes up with message saying retry or login,account and bills just keeps loading the help page and continually goes round in circles back to help page.

I am running version 10.0.24

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the App?

Is your mobile up to date with the latest firmware etc?

To check if it is an account issue are you able to log onto your MyBT using a web browser?

When i log into main site browser everything is ok until i have to go on mybt then the same thing happens,could this be malware affecting it or some other virus?

If you can not get into your MyBT with either the app or browser it is more likely a problem at BT than a virus or malware.

You should call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.
