Never received xbox game pass code`

Our broadband package was activated on 7th November 2023 and we were supposed to receive a code for 6 months Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. We received an email previously on 11th October 2022 stating that we would receive the code via email once the internet was activated but as yet have not received it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Even without receiving the confirmation email, you should still be able to locate your entitlement within MyBT. Ensure you login via the BT website (not via the MyBT App). Then go to Your Products and look for the Content Partner section. If there, you should see the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 'add now' button.
