Norton AV on ARM devices

Does the new Norton AV work on Windows 11 ARM systems?

Have tried downloading but got a message that something went wrong (tried a couple of times).

Re: Norton AV on ARM devices

Hi @Tomg35 welcome back to the community, is your computer working in Windows S mode?

Here is a support article from Microsoft about S mode in Windows and how to opt out of it:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows-4f56d9be-99ec-6983-11...

Thanks

Okay, seems I can't download the on arm, I have to download from the windows store .

But how do I link it to my BT account?

Re: Norton AV on ARM devices

However when I try the windows store there's only Norton 365. The Norton website doesn't recognize the account I have with BT?

Re: Norton AV on ARM devices

Hi @Tomg35 Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to switch out of S mode.

Thanks
