I got an e mail from BT saying that I could activate Cyber Threat Protect as part of my broadband package. I already have Norton 360 Deluxe internet security. I phoned BT/EE to ask if what BT was offering would add anything to this or would conflict with it. The guide told me not to bother activating it on the BT email, as it wouldn't do anything extra. I am posting this for information as the phone call took a long time, as the guide also checked if I could upgrade my broadband or phone contracts.
