Norton Password Manager

I have a very frustrating thing going on after trying to set up Norton Password Manager. I have installed Norton Security no problem. 

I downloaded and installed the password manager extension, initially I set up my iPhone first creating the vault password then proceeded to try and set up my pc. It would not accept the password I had set to unlock the vault, the password is 100% correct.  I decided to uninstall on both pc and iPhone and started again, this time I set up on my pc first and set the password, got to the mobile unlock screen and followed instructions to download on my iPhone again login successful however it wanted me to put the vault password in again which I have done but once again now on my phone it is saying incorrect password.  That box seems to have gone on reopening the app but on trying to set a pin again it asks for vault password and says it is incorrect. So I have it installed but have none of my saved login details coming through as I guess it's not connecting to my vault. I tried clicking on continue on the mobile unlock screen however it just says no mobile devices enabled yet (app notifications is turned on).

Help would be very much appreciated if I am going to be able to continue using this password manager.

Just to add I have the same issue on my iPad unable to sign in to the vault says incorrect password.

I have just tried to set up on my pc, same problem with Norton Password Manager - says incorrect password when trying to enter to unlock my vault?? Currently seems I can only access my vault on 1 device, my desktop.
