We have Norton securty installed on a number of devices including a PC. However we are trying to install it on a laptop and cannot get the Password Vault to open. Norton has downloaded to the computer using a link from the BT account but when we try to open Password Manager it asks for a Password to be created. We don't want to create a new vault, we want to be able to access the existing one. We seem to be completely stuck despite uninstalling and reinstalling Norton twice.
