Norton download

Hi I'm trying to install norton on my son's new laptop - windows 11 - when he clicks the link I've emailed it says it can't be installed on this operating system and when I've logged into BT on his laptop and tried to download directly from the BT site, I get a different error message - lots of numbers.

Any wise thoughts would be very welcome. I've still plenty of licences so that's not the issue.

This is what I get with a 'something went wrong message,' but i've realised windows is in S mode, so I think I've answered my own question!

If it is a new laptop it may already have Norton installed.
