Norton subscription

I am having an incredibly difficult time with the BT Security (Norton) for my Halo Fibre package. It tells me that I have used up all of my "15 licences". Further delving into the Norton Dashboard reveals literally hundreds of devices listed to my account - total fiction!

I have been on "chat" with BT for ages with no working suggestions and am literally at my wits end. This seems to be a problem on the Norton side but it is a BT service which I am paying (quite a lot) for.

Hi @dyfnog Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry you're experiencing problems with your BT Virus protect service this needs to be raised with a specialist team who can work with Norton to resolve the licence issues.
