Updated to Norton ok on my desktop running Windows 10, but my new laptop running Windows 11 just keeps saying an error has occurred. The Support button takes me to a Norton reinstall tool but this just says that a file NRnR.exe can't be downloaded. Have removed McAfee in case it was that but still no joy. So I'm left with no protection. BT renewal date is coming up in a few weeks and at this rate I will consider going elsewhere. Some assistance please.
