I signed up to BT Halo 3 900 package back in October 2023, it came with Gamepass Ultimate for 12 months. I tried signing up to it back in October but had trouble as the option wasn't available to select on my BT account. I completely forgot about it until recently. However, i have gone into select it now as it is available in my account/product, when i go through the process and click on the box to agree/add Xbox Ultimate i get the following message appear in red "Unable to process your request. Please try again". It will not let me proceed.
Any idea what is going on?

Hi @Amo1, sorry you can't sign up to the Game Pass online at present. Use the 'Message now' option on this page Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will be able to claim this for you,
