Not able to disable BT Web Protect

Good morning, I have tried several times to disable BT Web Protect via the app and logging via the internet. I try to switch off option and get the following message “Your BT Web Protect will be turned on within the next 2 hours. Please check back soon.” Can you please help. Thank you

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

Keith, thank you.  I used the BT chat but the agent couldn’t resolve so passed to the back-end team  to resolve hopefully within 5 working days.
