Hi BT Community
My parental controls do not work. They worked fine until we moved house and were provided with a new hub.
I spent 3 hours with a BT advisor trying different solutions 5 days ago. Non worked and the advisor raised a report promising a solution within 72 hours. No reposnse since then.
I would guess that my account is still linked to the old hub.
Can any one help.
