I have activated parental controls however this doesn’t seem to be blocking the content despite having the email to say it is all setup.
I have tried all the suggestions in the help section and checked all the relevant settings are correct.
I am desperate for this to start working, can anyone advise. It’s been difficult getting through to BT regarding this issue.

I completely understand you'll want to get this sorted out as soon as possible.
If you've followed all the steps on the help pages and nothing has changed, the best thing to do is contact the team directly for further support.

We have the same problem. In fact, it is a problem that keeps recurring. Last summer I had many telephone conversations with BT about this and eventually it was resolved, but the problem has recurred in the last couple of weeks.
It is worrying as we have two sons in their early teens.
If you have any advice as to how to resolve the problem we would love to hear it.
