Hello All
I have BT full fibre broadband. I activated the parental controls to restrict sites & it works, but only for my 2 android devices (a smartphone and tablet). I have a Windows 10 PC using Chrome and Firefox & it works on neither browser. I have checked it is a public network or a private network, it works on neither.
Why is it not working on my PC?
Regards
Will

You appear to be using non-BT DNS addresses. So I'd guess that you have at some point manually set the network adapter on your PC. If so, that needs to be reverted to "automatic".
Many thanks that fixed it
