Parental controls not working

Hi,

I’ve seen others have had the same issues.

since we moved into our new house our parental controls no longer work, worked fine before we moved.
All set up fine, tried factory reset, tried removing and re adding websites to block etc.

says my parental controls are on but can still access content I’ve marked to not be allowed.
