A while ago we applied parental controls to YouTube.
We removed these controls recently but we are still unable to access YouTube on certain devices. iPhone and another smart phone can connect through the YouTube app.
TV is unable to connect through Amazon’s Fire 4K stick, Ipad is unable to connect through the safari browser but can through the app
Laptop unable to connect through Microsoft Edge
can anyone advise what is wrong?
I have cleared cache, and history, I have reset hub, fire stick etc but nothing works

The moderators currently have a five working day response time, as they are a very small team.
If you change the DNS server addresses on the device you are trying to access YouTube on, to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then that should allow access until the issue is sorted.
