The parental controls have not worked on my account for over a month, If I raise a complaint, BT closes it without fixing the issue!
The only person I did manage to speak to told me it was a known issue, but it has still not been fixed
What do I do now?
Mine is completely messed up as well. Doesn't work. I've had enough of BT and have initiated a move to another supplier.
BT are simply incompetent. There's no other way of putting it.
