Hi , Since installing the My BT Android app I have been unable to log in. Every time I try I just get the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again." I've tried clearing the cache, deleting and re-installing the app, but nothing works. I know I'm using the correct username and password as I can login online to My BT. Anyone have any ideas as to how to reset the app so it works?
