Looking at the above link, it appears that you may need to be logged in as Account Manager rather Account Holder
I have already looked at that page, was not any help as the account is setup as specified. I think it is a BT error causing the problem and they will need to fix it. Thanks for trying.

Sorry to say i still have problems installing the Norton Security, everytime i click on the link on the email sent from BT it just says page not working ??
what should i do ??
Difficult to say based on what you have said. All I can suggest is
1. Make sure your BT login is your email address, not something else. That will prevent the download of Norton software
2. Uninstall previous versions of antivirus software
3. Log into your BT account as account manager not account holder
4. Click on link ‘Manage BT virus protect’
