I reported my BT Cloud on 1 December. It has not worked since that day and, despite several promises from sundry individuals to sort it, not one has done anything but make empty words of consolation. Now today I am told someone (sic) will call me on 11 January. Appalling service, breach of contractual obligations and downright uncaring customer service.
I am thoroughly sick of it.
What aspect of it is not working? I have not found any specific problems, but I am not sure what might not be working.
