Hi Ianf3,  Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. You can opt into BT Wifi on the MyBT website, select 'Your Products' scroll down and click 'learn more' under the 'Included in your product' section. You can opt-in from that webpage.

Thanks
Neil

Much appreciated, so My BT thinks I’m in, but the hub says not, I guess I’ll have to wait, I did a factory reset yesterday,as it is a second hand Smart Hub 2, and it immediately picked up the latest firmware.

I think it will probably update in the next week

Hi, @Ianf3 It can take up to 30 days for the Hub to start transmitting the BT Wi-Fi signal after opting in.

Re: BT WiFi Opt-in

Hello this does not work for me, I have been trying this method for 2 days straight and I just get:

Sorry something's gone wrong
There's been a problem while processing your request.
We have registered this problem and will be looking into it shortly.

Any ideas how I can opt in? I want to use EE wifi when I am out the house.
