Thanks for taking the time to register and to get in touch.
We can look into this for you but it will take us about 5 working days before we can pick this up and then transfer to the Xbox team.
It would be quicker to call in and ask that they fill in a form to send to the Xbox team. However, I'm going to send you a private message in case you would prefer that we did this for you.
