I am having the same issue with the Server error message- but I am definitely logged as the Account Holder. I was previously on another BT account (not the account holder) but this was closed and a completely new account created, but with the same email address. I have the Manage option but no activate - is there anyway I can activate the Norton virus protect on this new account?

Are you getting the ''Server error'' message in MyBT after trying to download the software or are you getting it during the software installation with this error message? ''Cannot connect to the Norton Server''
