I have the same issue. Please can I have some help. Xbox pass is showing in my products, all I get is a maintenance message. Everyone seems clueless, unorganised mess which I wouldn't expect from a company as big as BT.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to activate the Game Pass online. We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2 fault or technical help.
This is the quickest way to get the Game Pass activated. Have you given that number a call?

This has been sorted out now thanks. I was sent a code I had to activate instead of heading for the my products tab which did not work.

I contacted customer services who asked me to wait 24 hours and try again. I have done and still can’t do it!
I appear to be having the same problem. Maintanance for over 48 hours.
