The number I am told to call goes to automated helpdesk, then it says that they will ring me back and do I have a Internet fault, but I don't as it is a seperate issue.
@Kaption the claim is put through by our technical helpdesk but you do need to get speaking with an advisor. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details and we'll be happy to help.

Are you able to help me as well please @NeilO . I get the same message (written below). I've just phoned an advisor who put me on hold for 25 minutes whilst he investigated and then I got cut off.

Seems to be an ongoing problem. Why not just fix it on the website rather than dealing with each individual case on here.
Ive tried multiple times with multiple agents who have sent multiple emails which never arrive for activation.
Please explain why people cant get the gamepass activated.

I’ve had the same from them. Been told they’ll email me the code to redeem it myself, someone will get back to me etc but that was last week and still not heard anything
I am having the same problem. I was told an email was being sent. Nothing about it could take 7-days and still nothing has arrived. Nothing in spam folder either. How long do you have to wait for the email to arrive? Thanks.
