Hi have been trying recently to migrate from BT broadband to EE broadband.There seems to be an issue because of Xbox game pass on my account and Discovery plus even though i have no tv subscription. Would appreciate if a moderator could get these 2 items removed from my account.The game pass was 12 months free with broadband upgrade back in June 2023 but is not used or required.Any help appreciated.

Thanks for your response to this issue.Have been on this morning and have been reassured that it has been removed from my account and all i have is BT broadband.They say it can take 48hrs for app to update so will know for sure then and also if I can now transfer over to EE,although I have been informed about possible cancellation charges from BT broadband as my contract is until June 2025,even though all the hype is about BT and EE under one umbrella.
