When logging into the MyBT app from my mobile, despite setting it to use fingerprint login it regularly reverts to username and password, which then sends me an 8 digit pin to enter. After entering this the app then presents me with a screen asking if this is my device and if it is trusted to give it a name.
The name field is filled in automatically but it gets rejected as the device name is already present so I have to give it a new name. Apparently I currently have 7 devices registered now, despite only using 1 mobile and 1 laptop to access my account.
I did call BT to discuss and was told it was because I used 2SA to login, despite it not being set up (according to the app) as I set it to use fingerprint. When I explained I hadn't set up 2SA I was cut off, very rude.
How can I delete most of the devices that have been registered by the app as I can't find the option to view or delete devices?

Click on Your Details (Top Left (ish))
Confirm or amend your details as necessary
Edit 2 Factor Authentication or 2 step Authentication (can't remember which offhand
