Request for Xbox Escalation Form: Game Pass account stuck on BT/EE billing loop for 4 years

Hello,
I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding a persistent billing glitch on my Microsoft/Xbox account.
About four years ago, i redeemed a promotional Xbox Game Pass code that originated from BT/EE. Since then, my Xbox subscription page has been completely locked with the message "Managed by BT/EE" (Acquistato da BT/EE), and it has been auto-renewing indefinitely at no cost.
Because of this system loop, I am completely unable to manage my subscription, change payment methods, or link my personal credit card to my Microsoft account.
Since I do not live in the UK and I am not a direct telecom customer of BT or EE, I cannot manage this via the standard online account dashboard. I have already contacted Microsoft Support, and they confirmed that only BT/EE has the administrative authority to release this external billing link.
Could a forum moderator or a member of the technical support team please raise an "Xbox Escalation Form" to manually de-link and remove BT/EE management from my Microsoft profile?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance in resolving this long-standing issue.
Best regards,

Jacopo

please remove personal data as this is a community forum open to the public.  your post does not go to BT  you would be better contacting billing using message now and see if they can help
