Hi,
Every time I hit the link in the received email to claim my rewards card, I'm sent to a page that has a button to claim. When I click on this link, I am met with a page that has no information about claiming the reward. I've tried phoning but always end up in a never ending loop.
Any advice? I would like to be able to claim before the time limit runs out.

To help you with the reward card you would need to get in touch with our customer care team.
Our Account and billing page has contact numbers and the option to chat with the team.
