Hi,
I've been a BT customer on and off for a long time - through ADSL, VDSL, now Full fibre - also taking BT Sport via different methods at different times (via Sky, EE) - which has led to me to accumulate 5 Account Numbers under MyBT log in email address.
The issue is at start of April this year (I have been billed once) I took a new BT BB Full fibre 900 contract which came with 12 months Xbox Game Pass. However, on MyBT Homepage, I can only drop down and see two of my 5 accounts (one is inactive, one is active for BT Sport via EE) and neither are the latest account number for this FF 900 contract. Within "Your bills and usage > Billing History" when dropping down I can see all 5 account numbers (I have screenshots).
So at the moment for that reason it seems I can't access my Xbox Game Pass offer - would anyone be able to help please?

Hi @Samiola, thanks for your PM to confirm that you are now able to claim the game pass.
The BT Sport on EE account could not be removed from your BTID. So I suggested you register for another BTID with a different email address and after claiming the account holder status on that one the pass was available to claim.
