Unable to unlink BT from Xbox Pass

My free Xbox Game Pass subscription ended in 2023 can't remember the month, but Microsoft still shows that BT controls my subscription, so I need it to be released please. Can someone here help?

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Try calling 0330 1234 150
