Trying to upgrade from McAfee to norton virus protect.
When selecting "manage" BT Virus I get a "server error" ... can you point me to what I need to do to fix this please ?
same for Norton password manager
Hi @carrosa, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.
This error message was mostly caused by the Primary BTID not been an email address. If your login name for the Primary BTID is not an email address then follow These Steps to change it and it will work ok then.
