When I click on Manage to install Norton I get a server error.
Tried different PC's and browsers, must be connected to my account?

Hi @jboulter welcome to the community and thanks for posting, that error normally means your using a BT ID that doesn't have account holder status.
You can check if you've account holder status by logging into MyBT click 'Your details' then 'Account' and it will show you if you're the account holder. If you're showing as an account manager you can claim account holder status from there.
