I Had BT Full Fibre 900 fitted about a month ago (upgraded from G-Fast). On the e-mail I got it said that a years X-Box game pass was included and would show on my account, as yet I've seen nothing.
How long should I wait for it?

You should have it by now. Call BT Billing on 0330.1234.150 and they should be able to help.
